Base Package

Every Crooked Ear booking includes 1 professional bartender, 4 hours of bar service, and 1 hour of setup + 1 hour of breakdown — all built into your estimate. Your first 40 guests are covered in the base rate; additional guests are billed at $7 each.

Hosting more than 40 guests? A minimum of 1 additional bartender is required and will be added automatically. Additional setup/breakdown time may also be needed and will be confirmed during your consultation.

Each additional bartender is $250 for the 4-hour service window. For events running longer than 4 hours, additional bartenders are billed at $125/hr for any time beyond that.

Full-Service Shopping

✓ We Handle Everything — Full Shopping Service +$350 service fee · $500 refundable deposit Skip the stress of shopping entirely. Once your cocktail menu is finalized, we take care of all purchasing on your behalf — sourcing the right bottles, sizes, and quantities based on your guest count and menu. You'll receive all receipts for full transparency, and reimbursement for the cost of goods is due upon delivery. A $500 deposit is required upfront to cover initial purchases — any unused amount is fully refunded after the event, or the difference will be invoiced if total costs exceed the deposit. Please note: we are facilitating a shopping service on your behalf and are not selling or providing alcohol directly.
